    I’ve been working with Marcin for the last 10 years with projects at my apt building and my home! He has been nothing short of fantastic on every project he has done for me!! He’s always there when he says he’ll be there , his team is always respectful and the work is top notch!! I don’t have words to recommend him enough!     The work is first rate. The experience from start to finish was first rate. Marcin listens to the customer. Shows up on time, does what he says he will do, finishes what he started and says lease and thank you. We have scheduled Marcin for additional work in 2025. See more See less

    Marcin and his team did a great job on my bathroom remodel. Tub removal & conversion to shower with new cabinets, countertop, toilet, window and lighting. He was always open to suggestions and thoroughly explained his recommendations and was conscientious about his work. He was a joy to work because he has a wealth of experience.     We contacted Unique Renovations from recommendations we received and couldn't be happier we did so! We had 2 bathrooms renovated and Marcin walked through each step and all the details; communication was fantastic as well as everyone’s professionalism and respect for our home. We had some ideas and Marcin came through with some creative ideas and the outcome was exactly what we envisioned.     I’ve had Unique Renovations out to the house twice now. They remodeled both of my bathrooms. I was so impressed with their quality of work the first time, I called them a second time. It can be stressful to find a remodeling company that is professional, clean, on time, and of good value. When you do, you want to tell everyone about them.     Let me start by saying that we've done a major remodel before....and it was painful. So, what a relief to work with Marcin and his team. Professional personable, neat, and HONEST. There were no problems and no headaches. Marcin was very helpful during the design process, but also very keen on giving us exactly what we wanted. He suggested, improved, and delivered. Any 'bumps in the road' were remedied to our 100% satisfaction. He and his team were wonderful - before during and after construction. They were meticulous - kept the place clean and avoided as much mess and dust as possible. He anticipated and fixed any issue that did not meet his exacting standards....he added a breaker and several outlets just to make sure there would be no electrical issues down the road. And the finished product - perfect. Exceed our wildest dreams. I could not recommend Unique Renovations highly enough, and I would not hesitate to hire them again.     Marcin with Unique Renovations is a Master! I blindly chose him based on an opinion of someone who has worked closely with him in the industry. I was told he was a perfectionist, I appreciate perfection when work is being done in my home. Any work done is something that will be done once because of limited resources. All I can say is that Marcin nailed it! He is fair with pricing and his workmanship is impeccable. He installed my flooring and put ceramic tile on the entire wall surrounding the fireplace opening instead of a mantle. It truly is the focal point of the room! Also, he and his crew member clean everything after the job site. Hands down, I will not hesitate to hire him again. Thank you Marcin! See more See less

    Having had an excellent recommendation for Unique Renovations I expected very good work. What I received was excellent work along with great respect for my home. Marcin took the time to cover closet doors and tape vents closed. Every day my carpeted stairs were tarped and removed each night and then vacuumed. Marcin’s attention to detail from tile work, baseboards and knife sharp paint edges along with his suggestions resulted in a beautiful well crafted bathroom. See more See less

    Do you want good work or great work? Of course you want great… Well unique renovation exceeds great. Owner Marcin is so detailed oriented, very organized and concerned about keeping the house very clean during renovations. But mostly he is concerned with what is important to you and he delivers. He is very creative and open to new ideas and gives great ideas most of all he listens to you. I had both bathrooms done and it looks like it belongs in home and garden magazine.     Marcin has been doing our kitchens and bathrooms since, oh my, 2013?! And we’re satisfied every single time! He goes above and beyond to complete the task within given timeline, he’s detailed, careful and thoughtful in his projects. His talent and passion for what he does shows in every step of the process. Just recently Marcin did three bathrooms, laundry and small other projects on our dream house and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome.     I recently contracted Unique Renovations to gut and redo my main bathroom and I’m glad I hired them. From start to finish they were very prompt, professional, courteous and the cleanest remodelers I know. They did the bathroom the “right way” with no shortcuts. Upon completion, I asked them for bids to remodel 3 other rooms in our house. My wife and I were REALLY impressed with their work and will be hiring them again in the very near future.     We had the absolute BEST experience with Unique Renovations in remodeling our master bathroom that anyone could ask for! Neat, clean, & orderly, there were no hidden costs or surprises to deal with. Marcin, Tony, & Peter were each a perfectionist at their craft. Great communicators, completely honest & so all very talented. We were in awe! - Perfectionists - The suggestions Marcin made to our remodel job were "spot on" with everything we were trying to achieve. Demolition, plumbing, painting, tiling, electrical, and the list goes on. It was all so very well done and all just so beautiful!
